First elections of UCP Alumni Association will be held in the month of December, 2015. All members of UCP Alumni Association registered before the date of elections will be authorized to cast their votes. Voting will be done electronically, using internet.

How to Apply

The contestants need to submit the filled Application Forms (downloadable from duly signed by them along with a copy of their CNIC, one passport size photograph and copies of all academic documents i.e. Degrees and Transcripts. The contestants may send scanned documents at

Personally submit the documents at the registrar’s office of UCP.

Closing Date

Duly filled Application forms along with the required documents must reach to the registrar office latest by December 10, 2015.


Applications are invited for the following 04 positions of Executive Council of Alumni Association of UCP:

  2. Vice President
  3. General Secretary
  4. Information Secretary


Following is the eligibility criteria for each of the elected position of UCP alumni:

  1. President: 10 years of professional experience
  2. Vice President: 5 years of professional experience
  3. General Secretary: 5 years of professional experience
  4. Information Secretary: 5 years of professional experience
